Addendum

The following changes (in red) are proposed to the officer’s report.

Paragraph 6.25 amended to read:

…The submitted Ecological Impact Assessment states that the development will require the closure of three outlier setts, with the potential temporary closure of a fourth sett, under a licence from Natural England.

and

The first line of Paragraph 6.27 states that 2.34 habitat units (-6.65%) will be lost. These figures have been updated and for purposes of clarity the sentence should read as follows “The proposal will result in a net loss of -0.93 on site habitat units (which equates to -6.43%). To meet the required minimum gain of 10% a deficit of 2.39 habitat units will need to be provided.”
