Alternative options considered:

This TRO removes the need for written descriptions for parking, waiting, no stopping and loading restrictions by providing maps showing the locations of the restrictions throughout Eastbourne. The proposal reflects the current restrictions on street and no physical changes to current restrictions. This portrays a more efficient and accurate representation of parking, waiting, no stopping and loading restrictions throughout Eastbourne.

The Order has been amended to incorporate the current parking and permit tariffs as detailed in the “Notice of Variation of On-Street parking charges at parking places in Eastbourne borough” advertised on 5 June 2020 and which came into effect from 1 July 2020.
