Purpose:
To allow City Fibre Metro Networks Ltd to
carry out superfast broadband works, East Sussex County Council
have made an Order under Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will temporarily
close the following lengths of road;
Decision:
A safe route will be provided for pedestrians
and vehicular access for residents and to properties maintained
whenever possible.
The Order commences on 23 April 2021 and lasts for a period of 18
months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier.
However, it is anticipated works will be undertaken from 20:00hrs
to 06:00hrs between 23 & 25 April 2021 depending upon the
weather conditions.

Roundabout to St Wilfrids Hospice.
Diversion via A2280 Cross Levels Way – A2021 Rodmill
Roundabout – A2021 Kings Drive – U2236 Decoy Drive
– U2236 Nevill Avenue – U2236 Brassey Avenue –
U2236 Mountfield Road – U2226 Lottbridge Drove and vice
versa.
Broadwater Way – from the junction of A2280 Cross Levels Way
to the end of the road.
