NOTICE is hereby given that East Sussex County Council, have made an Order, under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers, coming into operation 19 August 2019 which extends the no waiting at any time restrictions along the following lengths of road:-

A copy of the sealed Order, plan showing the lengths of road and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing the Order, may be examined in Reception, East Sussex County Council, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes BN7 1UE Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and at Eastbourne Library, Grove Road, Eastbourne BN21 4TL Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 10am to 5pm, Wednesday 10am to 1pm, Thursday 10am to 6pm

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act of 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Road Traffic Regulation Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks of the date the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
