Purpose:
To allow Southern Water to carry out mains
renewals, East Sussex County Council have made an Order under
Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, as amended, which will temporarily close the following
lengths of road;
Decision:
A safe route will be provided for pedestrians
and vehicular access for residents and to properties maintained
whenever possible.
The Order commences 21 October 2019 and lasts for a period of 18
months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier.
However, each closure is anticipated to be in place for 3 weeks
between 21 October and 15 March 2020 depending upon the weather
conditions.

property no. 5
Diversion via A259 Bexhill Road – U3101 Bulverhythe Road and
vice versa.
