Minutes: 19.1 The Committee considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport on the customer experience annual report. The Committee RESOLVED to:
1) note the progress of the Customer Project Board in the implementation of a series of measures to improve customer experience and agree recommendations for 2019/20 and beyond as set out in the report; 2) note the number and nature of complaints made to the Council in 2018/19; and 3) note the contents of the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman’s annual letter to the Chief Executive. |

2) recommend the County Council to agree to amend the Scheme of Delegation to Officers as set out in paragraph 2.5 of the report |

Exclusion of Public and Press To consider excluding the public and press from the meeting for the remaining agenda items on the grounds that if the public and press were present there would be disclosure to them of exempt information as specified in paragraphs 1, 3 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended), namely information relating to any individual and information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) or information in respect of which a claim to legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings.
