Report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport Minutes: 40.1 The Lead Member considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport. DECISIONS 40.2 The Lead Member RESOLVED to approve a delay to the introduction of parking charge increases until 1 July 2020. Reasons 40.3 The increases were due to come into effect on 27 April, but will be deferred in the wake of the Covid-19 situation.

DECISIONS 41.2 The Lead Member RESOLVED to approve an extension to the operating hours of the Concessionary Fares Scheme to allow pass holders to use their passes at any time during the day for 12 weeks (unless a longer period is directed by Government). Reasons 41.3 The relaxation will allow pass holders to use their passes at any time during the day and not just after 9.30am.
