Ban diesel lorries or introduce congestion charge for large lorries and delivery vehicles

We the undersigned petition the council to introduce a ban or congestion charge for large diesel lorries and delivery vehicles (Ocado, Sainsburys, Amazon, etc) destroying our roads, polluting towns and not taking care of the local community. When our council tax is going up every year those businesses like Shoreham port, and others using large lorries, simply take our environment and roads for granted.

For example, Shoreham port lorries use both West and East Sussex roads leading to the port and recently they have made chargeable parking on South Basin Road which was always free for beach visitors.
We need to act and ban diesel vehicles or introduce additional local tax in the form of a daily congestion charge for them to pay.
