Call-In: Following a request which complies with paragraph 20 (c) of the Call-in rules of procedure (Part 4 of the Constitution, page C181 in the Members’ Handbook) from Councillors Webb, McPherson and Neighbour, the Director of Legal and Community Services as Monitoring Officer has called in for consideration by the Committee the decisions made by the Cabinet on 24 June 2003 in relation to the closure of Castleham Industries.
