Item 7 - Overview of Performance Measures in Children's Services for 2011/12

To consider the refreshed version of the 2011/12 Portfolio Plan for Children's Services and the proposed approach to performance scrutiny

Item 8(a) Trends in Fixed and Permanent Exclusions at primary and secondary level and future development of the service

To provide a context for support services across East Sussex within the field of behaviour and attendance and to highlight key issues for service development

Item 8(b) - Exclusions of children at the Early years Foundation and Primary Stage: work of the Primary Behaviour and Therapeutic Intervention Service

To update the Committee on the work of the Primary Behaviour and Therapeutic intervention Service in dealing with exclusions of children at the Early Years Foundation and Primary Stage

Item 9 - Scrutiny Review of Key Stage 2 Mathematics

To update the Committee on progress by the Children's Services Department in taking forward the recommendations outlined in the final Scrutiny Review report on attainment in mathematics at Key Stage 2.
