Item 5 - Targeted Support to young People: To advise Members on the new model of Targeted Youth support so as to be able to assess the extent to which the new service is meeting the needs of young people.
Item 6 - Reconciling Policy, Performance and Resources: To enable the Committee to consider and comment on the detailed planning for 2012/13 and beyond as outlined in the State of the County report.
Item 7 - Transition from Childhood to Adulthood for Disabled Young People in East Sussex: To advise Members of the development of the new Transitions Service and the planned improvements to the Transitions Process from Children's Services to Adult Social Care
Item 8 - Scrutiny Review of Key Stage 2 Mathematics: To provide the Commitee with details of the updated actions in response to their recommendations and their implementation as set out in the action plan previously circulated.
Item 9 = Scrutiny Committee Work Programme: To consider the Committee's programme of work for the forthcoming year.
Item 10 - Council Forward Plan: To consider the Council's Forward Plan of key decisions to be taken during the period 12 September to 31 December 2011.
