Item 5 - Fit for the Future

To summarise developments in relation to the Fit for the Future process in East Sussex following HOSC's decision to refer the Primary Care Trusts' proposals to the Secretary of State for Health.

Item 6 - Fit for the Future in West Sussex

To update the Committee on the work of the Joint HOSC established to scrutinise the Fit for the Future proposals in West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

To update HOSC on the performance of the Choose and Book service in East Sussex.

Item 8 - Older people's mental health services - reorganisation of in-patient beds

To outline Sussex Partnership NHS Trust's next phase of proposed changes to the provision of older people's mental health services in East Sussex.

Item 9 - Local Involvement Network (LINk)

To update the Committee on progress wtih establishing a LINk for East Sussex and to consider how HOSC will relate to the LINk.

Item 10 - Healthcare Commission Annual Health Check process 2007/08

To update HOSC on the annual health check process for 2007/08 and to agree HOSC's approach.
