To allow AON UK Ltd, working on behalf of
Barratt Homes to safely access the development site with
construction traffic, East Sussex County Council have made an Order
under Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, as amended, which will temporarily close the following
length of road;
Temporary Prohibition of Waiting &
Temporary No Loading/Unloading - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm;
Saturday 8am to 1pm
Dutchells Way - from the junction with U2248 Hazelwood Avenue to
outside no. 60
St Martins Road - from the junction with U2248 Hazelwood Avenue to
outside no. 5
A safe route will be provided for pedestrians and vehicular access
for residents and to properties maintained.
The Order commences 23 November 2021 and lasts for a period of 18
months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier.
However, it is anticipated the restrictions will be in place
between 23 November 2021 and 11 February 2023 depending upon the
weather conditions.
