Hubs across East Sussex to support the delivery of the East Sussex
Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP).
To approve the award of contract to the
preferred bidder, Externiture Limited, selected via a thorough
procurement exercise.
The Award Criteria was made up of Quality (including Social Value)
and Price. The Quality submissions were independently evaluated by
a panel consisting of service users across the Council. The Price
was evaluated separately by Procurement.
Various possible procurement routes to market
were considered and the most suitable was selected.
