To approve the award of contract to the recommended supplier for the supply of Nutanix IT infrastructure solution (software and equipment). Nutanix is used by the council to host many of the applications it needs to carry out its daily operational tasks.

Contract awarded to the highest scoring bidder following a compliant competitive procurement procedure as required by the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and Council’s Procurement and Contract Standing Orders (PCSOs).

The procurement of a replacement contract was approved on the Council’s 24/25 Annual Procurement Forward Plan (APFP), and the option not to award the contract would leave the Council without critical infrastructure.
