To allow East Sussex Highways to carry out
works, East Sussex County have made an Order under Sections 14(1)
and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended,
which will temporarily restrict all traffic using the following
length of road to a speed not exceeding 40 mph:
Temporary 40 mph Speed Limit
Golden Jubilee Way – from the junction with A27 Dittons Road
Roundabout to the junction with A22 Shinewater Roundabout.
The Order commences 5 June 2025 and lasts for a period of 18
months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
However, it is anticipated the speed restriction will be in place
between 5 June & 25 July 2025.
