Purpose:

Delegated authority was given to the Chief Operating Officer to dispose of the site for best consideration at the Lead Member for Resources meeting on 25 November 2014. It was known, following the construction of the school that ESCC would transfer the land and buildings to the Diocese of Chichester as part of a statutory transfer.


Decision:

Transfer (disposal) of the site to the Diocese of Chichester now that all construction and legal matters have been concluded.

Not Applicable – The report recommended the acquisition of land and disposal to the Diocese in line with existing legislation.
