These are existing residential services
supporting up to 30 adults with a learning disability, and the
tender was required due to the current contract coming the end of
the term.
To endorse and authorise the recommended Provider to be awarded the
Contract for Residential Care, and Care and Support to people with
Learning Disabilities in the Hastings and Rother area, following a
competitive tendering process.
No alternative options considered, as this is
a recommissioning project of an existing services contract, and
following a competitive tender process a lead bidder was
identified.
