To appoint a Managed Service Provider for
Temporary Agency Resource. This contract is for the management and
supply of temporary agency staffing across all council
departments.
To approve the award of contract to the
preferred bidder, Adecco UK Limited, selected via a thorough
procurement exercise.
The Award Criteria was made up of Quality (including Social Value)
and Price. The Quality submissions were independently evaluated by
a panel consisting of service users across the Council. The Price
was evaluated separately by Procurement.
Various possible procurement routes to market
were considered and the most suitable was selected.
