To support delivery of Oracle system
implementation and relevant business engagement.
A resource envelope for 2024/25 has been
agreed to deliver the Oracle Programme.
This will be funded from the Priority Outcome and Financial
Management Reserves and is included within the estimated spend for
2024/25.
There are no other options other than to stop
the programme. However, this isn’t an option either as the
current SAP licensing is expiring in 2027 and we would be left with
no back office systems.
