24.1 The Committee considered a report by the Chief Operating Officer on an updated policy in relation to the employer discretions under the Local Government Pension Scheme operated by the County Council.
24.2 The Committee RESOLVED to recommend the County Council approves the updated policy for employer discretions under the Local Government Pension Scheme as set out in Appendix 1 of the report.
