7.1       The Lead Member considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport.

 

DECISION

 

7.2       RESOLVED to approve the submission of a bid to the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for a low carbon business support programme, in support of the East Sussex Growth Strategy.  

 

Reasons

 

7.3       The proposed bid will help drive economic growth, and address specific needs and opportunities identified in the East Sussex Growth Strategy (2014-20) and the East Sussex Business Survey (2014).  The County Council will make the best use of resources by enabling the County Council’s Energy team to implement energy efficiency projects that will cut the County Council’s energy costs.
