32.1     The Committee considered a report by the Chief Operating Officer regarding the Pay Policy Statement for 2016/17

 

32.2     The Committee RESOLVED to:

1)    recommend the County Council to agree the updated pay policy statement for 2016/17.      

2)    receive a further report with the Pay Policy Statement updated appropriately to reflect the outcome of the current6 Government consultations, once known
