Council Monitoring: end of year 2018/19 Report by the Chief Executive Additional documents: Minutes: 4.1 The Cabinet considered a report by the Chief Executive.
4.2 It was RESOLVED to:
1) note the end of year monitoring position for the Council and the significant progress made towards the Council’s four priority outcomes; and 2) agree the transfer of £4.6m of the revenue budget underspend to the Capital Programme and to note the transfer of £3.4m of the revenue budget underspend to the Financial Management Reserve as set out in paragraph 2.3 of the report
