Report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport Minutes: 13.1 The Panel considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport.
13.2 After consideration of the evidence submitted to the Registration Authority regarding buildings wrongly registered as common land at common land register unit CL48 (Markstakes Common), the Panel found that all the necessary criteria have been met and therefore on the balance of probabilities they would accept the recommendation to deregister land from common land unit CL48 – Markstakes Common.
13.3 The Panel RESOLVED to:
1) Accept the application made to deregister land from common land unit CL48 – Markstakes Common; and
2) Authorise the updating of the register of common land to remove the land from common land unit CL48- Markstakes Common. |
