Report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport

13.1     The Committee considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport.

 

13.2     Councillor Anne Cross, the Local Member spoke in support of the recommendations.

 

13.3     The Committee Members have considered the report and agreed with the officer’s conclusion and reason for recommendation set out in paragraph 3 of the report.

 

13.4     The Committee unanimously RESOLVED to:

 

1) Not uphold the objections to the draft Order as set out in paragraph 2.2 of the report; and

 

2) Recommend to the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport that the draft Traffic Regulation Order be made as advertised.
