He did not consider these to be prejudicial. |

Traffic Regulation Order - A264 Hammerwood to Holtye (40mph & 50mph Speed Limit) Report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport Additional documents:
Minutes: 19.1 The Committee considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport.
19.2 Councillor Georgia Taylor, the Local Member spoke in support of the recommendations.
19.3 The Committee Members have considered the report and agreed with the officer’s conclusion and reason for recommendation set out in paragraph 4 of the report.
19.4 The Committee RESOLVED to:
1) Not uphold the objections to the draft Order; and
2) Recommend that the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport make the Traffic Regulation Order as advertised. |

Minutes: 20.1 The Committee considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport.
20.2 Mr Tony Fitzpatrick spoke in support of the officer’s recommendation for Site 26 Lower Park Road, Hastings.
20.3 The following Local Members spoke on the following sites detailed in the report:
20.4 Members have considered the report and comments of the public speakers and Local Members, and agree with the conclusions and reasons for the recommendations as set out in the report.
20.5 The Committee RESOLVED to:
1) Uphold the objections to the draft Order as set out in Appendix 1 of the report;
2) Uphold, in part, the objections to the draft Order as set out in Appendix 2 of the report;
3) Not uphold the objections to the draft Order as set out in Appendix 3 of the report; and
4) Recommend to the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport that the Traffic Regulation Order be made in part with minor modifications as set out in paragraph 2.10 of the report.
