62.1     The Committee considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport.

 

62.2     Mr Ben Garcia spoke for the proposal and in support of the officer’s recommendations.

 

62.3     Committee Members have considered the report and comments from the public speaker and agree with the conclusions and reasons for the recommendations as set out in the report.

 

62.4     The Committee RESOLVED to:

 

1)  not uphold the objections to the draft Order as set out in Appendix 2 to the report; and

2)  recommend to the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport that the  Traffic Regulation Order be made as advertised.
