A copy of the made Order, plans showing the lengths of road and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing the Order, can be inspected in Reception, East Sussex County Council, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes, BN7 1UE Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm and at Seaford Library, 15-17 Sutton Park Road, Seaford BN25 1QX Monday 2pm - 5pm, Tuesday and Friday 10am - 5pm, Wednesday 10am -1pm, Thursday 11am – 6pm and Saturday 10am – 4.30pm.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act of 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Road Traffic Regulation Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks of the date the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
