21.1 The Committee considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport.
21.2 Councillor Daniel, the Local Member for Site 2, withdrew from the Chamber during consideration of that part of the item.
21.3 Councillor Daniel, the Local Member for Site 3, spoke in support of the Recommendation not to uphold the objection.
21.4 Members have considered the report and comments of the Local Member, and agree with the conclusions set out in paragraph 3 of the report.
21.5 The Committee RESOLVED to (1) not uphold the objections to the draft Order set out in Appendix 1 of the report; and
(2) recommend to the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport that the Traffic Regulation Order be made as advertised.
