To award the Extra Care Housing contracts for
The Orangery and Marlborough House, Cranbrook and Bentley Grange,
Downlands Court and Margaret House to the Provider as recommended
by the Panel, on the basis that their bid satisfied the quality and
pricing requirements of the process and that they scored higher
than other bidders for those scheme.
