Agreement of final terms of disposal of
freehold land - site of Pinehill, Mount Denys and Ridgeway now know
collectively as St Helens Down site to preferred purchaser.
Following negotiation, final terms for the sale of the property
have been agreed by the Chief Operating Officer as delegated by the
Lead Member for Resources and Climate Change decision dated 26 July
2022.
