Temporary Road Closure
Station Road - from the junction with U7219 Lindfield Drive to the
junction with U7218 Swan Barn Road, in three phases:
Phase 1 – From the junction with U7219 Lindfield Drive to the
junction with U7718 Station Road Industrial Estate;
Phase 2 – From the junction with U7718 Station Road
Industrial Estate to the junction with U7970 Butts Field;
Phase 3 – From the junction with U7970 Butts Field to the
site entrance just before the junction with U7218 Swan Barn
Road.
A safe route will be provided for pedestrians and vehicular access
for residents and to properties maintained whenever possible with
an alternative route for through traffic via C411 Downash Road,
Saltmarsh Road - B2104 Ersham Road - A295 South Road, George Street
- C411 Station Road and vice versa.
The Order commences 8 January 2024 and lasts for a period of 18
months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier.
However, it is anticipated works will be undertaken between 8
January & 29 March 2024 depending upon the weather
conditions.
