The Chief Officer approved the appointment of
the main contractor under a Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT)
traditional form of contract for The Joff Youth Centre in
Peacehaven.
The contractor has been selected through the East Sussex County
Council (ESCC) procurement process achieving best value for money
for ESCC to enable the project to complete by March 2025.
This project is externally funded and there is a strict requirement
for works to be completed by the end of March 2025. The current
programme is in line with this requirement.
