Sedlescombe Road North - from the junction with A21 London Road to
the junction with U3066 Silverlands Road.
A safe route will be provided for pedestrians and vehicular access
for residents and to properties maintained whenever possible with
an alternative route for through traffic northbound via A21 London
Road - A2102 London Road, Norman Road, Warrior Square - A259 Grand
Parade, Eversfield Place, Verulam Place, White Rock, Carlisle
Parade, Denmark Place - A2101 Albert Road, Queens Road, Park Gates
roundabout, St Helens Road - A21 Sedlescombe Road North and
southbound via A21 Sedlescombe Road North - A2101 St Helens Road,
Park Gates roundabout, Queens Road, Albert Road - A259 Denmark
Place, Carlisle Parade, White Rock, Verulam Place, Eversfield
Place, Grand Parade - A2102 London Road - A21 London Road.
The Order commences 30 June 2025 and lasts for a period of 18
months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier.
However, it is anticipated works will be undertaken on 30 June
& 1 July 2025 depending upon the weather conditions.
