Prohibition of vehicles except for emergency services on Terminus Road, between Seaside Road and Grand Parade during the hours of 09:30am and 23:00pm:
Prohibition of no loading/unloading on Terminus Road between Seaside Road and Grand Parade during the hours of 09:30am and 23:00pm.
Removeable bollards will be in place?to support these arrangements.??

East Sussex County Council will be considering in due course whether the provisions should be continued in force indefinitely by means of an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (4), 3(2), 4(2), 32, 35(1) and (3), 45, 49, 51, 52, 53 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984.
Any person wishing to make an objection or other representation (or would like further information ) concerning this Experimental Traffic Regulation Order being continued must do so in writing, together with the grounds on which it is made, to the Major Projects and Growth Team, East Sussex County Council, Communities Economy & Transport, C Floor – West Block, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes BN7 1UE or by email MajorProjectsandGrowth@eastsussex.gov.uk quoting reference TRO/541 to arrive no later than 13 August 2026. (or if the Order is subsequently varied or modified by an Order made under Section 9, 10(1) or 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, six months from the date of coming into operation of such variation or modification).
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order or of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks of the date the Order is made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
