36.1 Councillor Glazier considered a report by the Chief Executive regarding delegations in relation to executive functions to be reported to the County Council on 10 May 2016.
DECISION
36.2 RESOLVED to (1) agree the delegation of Cabinet responsibilities and functions as set out in the Constitution in Part 3 Tables 1, 2 and 3 attached as Appendices 2 to 4 of the report;
(2) agree the Officer Scheme of Delegation attached at Appendix 5; and
(3) agree the annual report to the County Council.
Reason
36.3 Part 4 of the Council’s Constitution requires the Leader to present to the Council at the annual meeting a written record of delegations of executive functions made to Cabinet Members for inclusion in the Council’s scheme of delegation.
