To endorse and authorise the recommended Provider to be awarded the Contract for Residential Care, and Care and Support to people with Learning Disabilities in the Hastings and Rother area, following a competitive tendering process.

These are existing residential services supporting up to 30 adults with a learning disability, and the tender was required due to the current contract coming the end of the term.
