A report for the Committee to consider plans for NHS clinical and financial sustainability including:
· Proposed savings for the three East Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for 2018/19
· The Sussex and East Surrey Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP)
· The Clinically Effective Commissioning (CEC) Programme.
The committee will consider the effect of proposals on patients in East Sussex and identify whether any proposals may require further scrutiny.
