ESCC has a statutory duty under the Care Act
2014 to provide care and support for eligible local people. This
project has the objective to procure a single care provider to
provide supported living services for working age adults with
learning disabilities at Warwick House in Seaford and Steyne Road
in Seaford. The provider will also act as Landlord of the Steyne
Road scheme.
