ESCC’s current contract for Managed
Services for Temporary Agency Resources is due to expire in
November 2022, a procurement exercise is currently underway via an
ESPO framework to select and award a new contract for this
provision. This contract is for the management and supply of
temporary agency staffing across all council departments.
Due to the annual expenditure the contract award is deemed a key
decision.
