The Lead Member for Resources and Climate Change is recommended to approve a grant between East Sussex County Council and Citizens Advice 1066 for delivery of stage one of the East Sussex County Partnerships for People and Place project, which aims to improve energy efficiency and fuel poverty in the private rented sector in three Hastings wards.
Stage one of the project will involve engaging with tenants and landlords to better understand the current barriers to investment in energy efficiency.
