ESCC need to vacate Ocean House, Hastings. An office search was concluded and at a meeting for Lead Member for Resources and Climate Change it was agreed in July 2022 to taking leases at Cavendish House and Muriel Matters House, Hastings. The leases are about to be completed but refurbished works will be needed. As the contract for the building refurbishment is over £500,000 a key decision is required.
