Decision to award a contract for the package of works following tendering, which based on consultant pre-tender estimate will exceed £500k. These works will reduce ventilation heat loss and enable a transition from the existing fossil fuel boiler heating system to clean low carbon heat pumps in line with our net zero commitment and in order to qualify for a Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Phase 3b grant.
