Joint Waste Agreement (JWA) between East Sussex County Council and Brighton and Hove City Council

The JWA is the agreement between the two councils on the administration and sharing of costs of the Integrated Waste Management Services Contract (IWMSC) with Veolia.  It expires in 2033 when the IWMSC ends. The changes to the JWA reflect amendments to the IWMSC that have been negotiated with Veolia and were approved by Cabinet in 2019. Some other minor updates have also been made to the JWA.
