To authorise the instillation of an advisory disabled bay. An application has been made for a disabled bay and the applicant meets the eligibility criteria, and advisory bay has been proposed. Following a consultation two objection were received on the grounds that the bay will extend beyond the frontage of the applicant’s property. The properties frontage is 4.5 meters, the length of the proposed bay is 5.5 meters.
