the Lead Member for Resources and Climate Change delegated
authority to the Chief Operating Officer to agree the terms of the
sale to achieve best value for the Site in accordance with s.123 of
the Local Government Act 1972.
Approval to sell the freehold of the site, split into two parcels.
The site has been declared to be surplus to East Sussex County
Council’s requirements.
