Discretionary East Sussex Support Scheme (DESSS): Proposal to cease the provision of DESSS funding
In light of the financial position of East Sussex County Council, it is proposed to cease funding for the Discretionary East Sussex Support Scheme (DESSS). It should be noted that specific funding for this purpose has not been provided by Government since 2014/15. Currently £130,000 is allocated to the DESSS.
