To consider the use of a direct award to the current provider of the Welfare Benefits and Money Advice Service which would ensure the continuation of the service for a further 12 months following the end of the current contract so that a full tender process can be undertaken to meet the agreed objectives of the co-design and co-commissioning groups. |
