To consider an update on the NHS Sussex and East Surrey Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) and its implications for healthcare in East Sussex. To includean update on the Clinically Effective Commissioning programme which is aiming to review and standardise clinical thresholds and policies across 8 CCGs in the STP area.
